Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account info — your name and email address, from Google sign-in (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk).
Access status — whether you’ve been granted access, and login timestamps.
Payment info — if you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
AI assistant inputs — if you use “Explain in more detail” or Code Buddy, the current lesson’s content and, for Code Buddy, whatever you type or paste (questions, code, errors) are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We don’t store this beyond what’s needed to serve that request.

2. How we use it

To authenticate you and control access to course content.
To process and manage subscription payments.
To enforce one-device-per-account access: signing in on a new device signs your account out of any other active session, for account security.
To generate responses for the AI Explain and Code Buddy features, when you choose to use them.
To respond to support requests you send us.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Service:

Clerk — authentication (Google sign-in, session management).
Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
Google Gemini API — powers the AI Explain and Code Buddy features. Only used when you actively use those features; nothing is sent otherwise.

We don’t sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

4. Cookies

Our authentication provider uses cookies to keep you signed in. These are functional cookies required for the Service to work, not advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep account and access data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account, by emailing fullstacklearningsimplified@gmail.com.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
