1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Full Stack Learning Simplified (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
Full Stack Learning Simplified provides developer courses and lessons. Access is either (a) granted individually by the site owner at their discretion, or (b) purchased as a paid subscription.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your Google account via our authentication provider. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Razorpay.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, then is not renewed.
- Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the site owner unless required by law.
- Free access granted by the owner is offered at their discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time, for any reason.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, text, code examples, and design are © 2026 Full Stack Learning Simplified. All rights reserved. Your subscription or granted access gives you a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own learning. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly republish, or use the content to train other products/models without prior written permission.
If you believe our content has been copied and republished elsewhere without permission, or if you believe any content on this site infringes your own copyright, contact fullstacklearningsimplified@gmail.com with the specific URLs involved, and we will investigate and respond promptly.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing your account or access with others.
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automating access to the content.
- Attempting to bypass access controls or security measures.
- Reselling or republishing any part of the content.
Violating these may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Termination
The owner may suspend or revoke any account’s access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
