🔒 Summary of Core License Protections: Full Stack Learning Simplified is a proprietary developer platform. All software features, AI engines, Code Shorts, curricula, 982 lessons, code snippets, and UI/UX systems are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, cloning, scraping, decompiling, or creating competitive derivative products is strictly prohibited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing lessons, or accessing Full Stack Learning Simplified (“the Service”, “Platform”, or “we”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and License Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
2. Intellectual Property & Feature Protection (Strict Anti-Copying Policy)
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including but not limited to the source code, underlying software architecture, user interface designs, visual layouts, branding, curricula, 31 courses, 982 lessons, interview Q&A question banks, AI prompt architectures, and proprietary features (such as Code Shorts, the 4-in-1 AI Lesson Assistant, Native Voice Audio Reader, Career Roadmap AI, and Sneak-Peek Paywall Mechanics)—are the exclusive intellectual property of Full Stack Learning Simplified and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and international intellectual property treaties.
2.1 Strict Prohibition on Feature Cloning and Reverse Engineering
- No Cloning or Reproduction: You may not copy, duplicate, replicate, clone, or mirror any features, user interface flows, design systems, or interactive workflows of this platform.
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, or attempt to extract the underlying source code, algorithms, prompt engineering chains, or APIs of the Platform.
- No Derivative or Competing Services: You may not use your access to the Service or any of its materials to build, benchmark, train, or launch a competing developer educational website, mobile app, or software product.
2.2 Prohibition on Automated Scraping & AI Training
- Anti-Scraping: Any automated harvesting, scraping, crawling, extraction, or indexing of course lessons, Code Shorts, code snippets, or interview questions using bots, scrapers, scripts, or browser automation without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
- No AI Model Training: You may not ingest, feed, fine-tune, or utilize any content, code, or curriculum from this site to train machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), or dataset corpora.
2.3 Online Compiler & Execution Engine Protections
- Engine & Architecture: The multi-language execution system, WebAssembly runners, sandbox isolators, starter templates, and code enhancement integrations are proprietary components of Full Stack Learning Simplified. You may not reproduce, clone, or redistribute the compiler architecture.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the code execution engines for any abusive or malicious purposes, including running cryptocurrency miners, denial-of-service (DDoS) loops, port scanning, or vulnerability exploitation.
- User Code Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any original code, algorithms, and solutions you write inside the Online Compiler. Full Stack Learning Simplified claims zero ownership over code you author.
3. Permitted Personal Learning License
Upon active subscription or granted preview access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the course content strictly for your own personal, non-commercial software development learning. You may:
- Read lessons, listen to audio readers, practice quizzes, and view Code Shorts for personal study.
- Execute and test code in the Online Compiler and run provided code snippets on your local computer for personal practice and project building.

You sign in with your Google account through our secure authentication provider. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- One Account per User: Account sharing, credential distribution, or concurrent session sharing across multiple individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Security Bypass: Any attempt to bypass paywalls, content guards, rate limits, or user metadata verifications will result in immediate permanent account termination and IP blacklisting without refund.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
- Billing: Paid plans (Prepaid and Lifetime Access) are billed securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Discounts & Promotional Codes: Promotional coupons (such as launch offers) are valid only for the durations and terms specified at checkout.

- Immediately suspend or terminate infringing accounts without notice or refund.
- Issue DMCA and international copyright takedown notices to third-party hosts, search engines, and domain registrars.
